Ezy Depreciation prepares tax depreciation schedules for Australian residential investment properties from the information and documents you provide. Schedules are desktop assessments: the property is not inspected, and values not stated in your documents are estimates, each identified as such in the report.

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share the documents you upload. The schedule is only as accurate as what it is based on.

A schedule is general information about the deductions available for a property. It is not advice about your tax affairs. Have your registered tax agent review it before you rely on it in a return.

To the extent the law allows, Ezy Depreciation's liability for a schedule is limited to preparing it again or refunding what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
